How do you describe your photography style?
There are currently two trends in photography: dark & moody and light & airy. As we all know, trends come and go, so as a way to ensure our photos are timeless and won't fall with the evolving of trends, we've created our own rich, bold style. We call it Bright & Bold.
It's the two trends meeting in the middle - taking the dark, vibrant colors from Dark & Moody and combining that with the proper exposure and light of Light & Airy. To do this, we shoot with mixed natural and artificial light and edit with bold, rich colors. This ensures rich photos that will not only look great in print, but that will also stand the test of time.
Are you willing to travel?
We will travel ANYWHERE. We're avid travelers; whether we're eating our way through Greece, leading photography workshops through China, or photographing weddings in Jamaica, we love exploring the world and documenting it for others to experience.
We've shot weddings and engagements in countless states and several countries. Nowhere is too far.
For weddings and engagements further than 2 hours from Columbus, travel fees and lodging will be added to your collection price.
What is your turn around time for photos?
The contracted turn around time for engagements is 2-4 weeks and for weddings is 6-8 weeks.
We strive to get all galleries delivered sooner than that, but final delivery times vary depending on season and availability.
Ok.... what about the scary stuff?
This is our least favorite part of the conversation, but something that should be considered. We have never personally experienced any of these things, but rest assured that plans are in place if necessary.
What if an accident or injury occurs during photos?
We have a $2 million professional photography insurance policy. This covers accidents, broken/stolen gear, liability, etc.
What if you have an emergency and can't make our wedding?
We have a team of people we can rely on if needed. We're very connected to the Columbus wedding photography community and are part of an emergency photo group. All replacement options will be discussed with you prior to selecting a replacement.
What if you lose our photos?
Our workflow and gear is carefully curated to ensure this doesn't happen, but in the freak chance that it does, refunds will be given in an amount that is equivalent to the percentage of lost photos.
